This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the complete marketing analytics process—from initial data to informed decision-making.
• Create and enhance data flows to ensure efficient marketing across all paid channels.
• Oversee marketing dashboards that provide comprehensive insights by ad creatives and traffic sources to monitor and improve LTV, CAC, ROAS, and conversions within the sales funnel.
• Design and automate LTV models, perform cohort analysis, and manage revenue attribution across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine budget allocation, scaling strategies, and channel performance.
• Assist in evaluating and supporting marketing experiments (including creatives, funnels, audiences, and A/B tests).
• Guarantee precise attribution and data consistency across all marketing and product interactions.
• Over 3 years of experience with META Ads for B2C SaaS products (experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is advantageous).
• A demonstrated history of managing advertising budgets (beginning at $500,000/month).
• A commitment to validating hypotheses with data and consistently tracking campaign metrics.
• An appreciation for unconventional approaches, particularly regarding testing and compelling case studies.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to quickly advance into a management position.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).
