This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of and scale Meta with a seven-figure monthly budget, consistently achieving ROAS and LTV:CAC objectives while accelerating the allocation of spend towards SMB/business audiences.
• Manage the creative feedback loop from start to finish: analyze Meta performance to identify successful and unsuccessful elements, develop creative hypotheses, and provide the in-house creative team with structured, data-driven guidance to ensure a continuous flow of effective ads.
• Create and operate a rapid testing engine across diverse audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and micro-personas — delivering quickly to gain insights and enhance the SMB transition.
• Link channel performance with unit economics and incrementality by collaborating on attribution and measurement, ensuring that spending decisions reflect genuine incremental value rather than relying on last-click metrics.
• Embrace an AI-driven approach: develop your own tools and automations to streamline user acquisition, promoting efficiency and autonomy (we are an AI company — internal tools, automation, and proactive workflows are encouraged and celebrated).
• Over 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with extensive, hands-on expertise in Meta, managing six-figure monthly budgets to meet LTV:CAC targets.
• A demonstrated history of closely collaborating with creative teams. You do not merely consume creative; you derive hypotheses from data, provide briefs, and follow through to closure.
• Significant analytical capabilities: comfortable with aspects of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, and able to connect channel decisions to business results.
• High degree of agency and ownership: you tackle ambiguous and undefined challenges and drive them to successful outcomes without needing direction.
• A straightforward, collaborative, team-oriented individual who enhances the performance of those around you. You communicate transparently, accept and provide constructive feedback effectively, and uplift the entire team.
• An AI-native working style — you create tools and automate workflows (e.g., using Claude Code or similar) instead of relying on engineering/data teams.
• [Nice-to-have] Experience in marketing to SMBs or within PLG/SaaS environments (e.g., Canva, Shopify, Wix, Vista).
• 30 days of annual leave in addition to local public holidays.
• Competitive equity package including stock options/BSPCE, allowing you to have ownership in our expanding company.
• €1000 one-time home office grant OR €400 monthly co-working space stipend.
• Annual budget of €1,000 for learning and development, covering training, courses, books, and skill enhancement.
• Private health insurance coverage.
• Access to tailored mental health support, offering 1:1 sessions with therapists or coaches, self-care tools, and well-being resources through MokaCare.
• Reimbursement for sports and cultural activities.
• Relocation assistance (up to €10k) available for those opting to move to France, including help with apartment searching and visa support.
