This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategic Scaling of Paid User Acquisition: Develop, implement, and take ownership of your strategy to achieve KPIs. You will create a scalable User Acquisition engine across Google and other platforms.
• Complete Ownership & Prioritization: You are responsible for the goals rather than the tasks. We offer the resources and the "Why"; you determine the "How". If something obstructs your progress, your manager's primary role is to eliminate that obstacle. There will be no hand-holding or micromanagement—just outcomes.
• Lead Creative Testing Frameworks: Establish and oversee reliable, scalable frameworks for testing thousands of creatives. You possess the ability to identify winning creatives, understand why they succeeded, and replicate that success on a larger scale.
• Aggressive Budget & ROAS Management: You will handle dynamic budget allocation to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will decide where each dollar is best invested.
• Collaboration Across Creative, MarTech & Growth: Steer the creative team's efforts, anticipate asset delivery, draft precise technical requirements for MarTech, and collaborate with the Growth team. Every department is well-versed in User Acquisition context, which enables us to act swiftly.
• Data Analysis & Growth Implementation: You thrive on metrics. You investigate Lifetime Value (LTV), monetization, and web funnels whenever discrepancies arise. If any number changes, you are the first to inquire "Why?"
• Mastery of Analytics (SQL & Dashboards): Naturally data-literate. Whether performing a quick SQL query or constructing a comprehensive dashboard, you take initiative rather than waiting for someone else to provide the data.
• Experience in medical sectors with strict policy regulations or in health tech/wellness (Strong advantage)
• Mastery of Google Ads (or Platform Agility): Extensive knowledge of the Google Ads technology stack.
• Familiarity with other platforms is an asset, not a drawback
• Proven experience managing substantial monthly budgets ($300k+/mo)
• Knowledge of the US market - you understand the landscape, benchmarks, and playbook
• Extensive hands-on experience with web funnels
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) and tracking platforms (GA4, AppsFlyer, or equivalent).
• Strong appetite for data: Comfortable exploring Looker, Superset, or similar tools.
• Adaptability in Ambiguity: When roadmaps change or new issues arise without clear solutions, you remain proactive and constructive.
• Ability to advocate for your ideas to cross-functional teams (Growth, Creative, MarTech, Analytics) and negotiate priorities with stakeholders outside your direct reporting line
• Not a yes-person: We expect you to challenge your manager. If you believe they're mistaken, voice your opinion.
• If a process is flawed, flag it. Open, honest feedback is essential for our success.
• You are invested in how User Acquisition impacts LTV, product retention, and overall business performance.
• Business owner mindset first, media buyer second.
