This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the complete renewal and expansion performance for managed services, ensuring outstanding net revenue retention and minimizing churn.
• Develop and execute organized playbooks for renewals and expansions, emphasizing value realization and outcome-oriented strategies.
• Propel upsell and cross-sell initiatives that are intricately linked to client adoption, growth roadmaps, and alignment at the executive level.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing client management team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Cultivate enduring trusted partnerships with clients through effective stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate across functions to synchronize customer strategies with internal delivery, product, and financial objectives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required in line with the purpose of this role.
• Demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention within IT managed services or SaaS sectors.
• Experience in managing strategic enterprise accounts and establishing strong relationships at the C-level.
• Strong leadership capabilities with previous experience in developing and mentoring account management or client success teams.
• Profound knowledge of revenue growth strategies, value-driven client engagement, and adoption-centered activities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in a dynamic, global business setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
