📋 Description

• Lead and enhance Rockbot’s growth marketing initiatives with an emphasis on qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and quantifiable business results.

• Develop scalable growth systems that promote pipeline generation, acquisition, and marketing's contribution to revenue.

• Create repeatable operating and measurement practices that foster long-term growth.

• Balance immediate demand generation with sustainable growth investments.

• Oversee digital lead generation across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and emerging acquisition methods.

• Propel qualified pipeline and customer acquisition through scalable and measurable demand generation strategies.

• Optimize performance across platforms such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, and innovative AI-driven discovery channels.

• Continuously assess channel performance and allocate budgets based on measurable returns.

• Design unique growth strategies tailored to different customer segments and buying behaviors.

• Create distinct growth approaches for SMB, enterprise, and strategic account activities.

• Support both rapid conversion and extended, multi-touch sales cycles.

• Collaborate with Sales on account-based engagement and pipeline acceleration.

• Assist in modernizing marketing operations.

• Assess and implement AI-driven growth marketing tools.

• Develop AI-enabled workflows that enhance speed, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.

• Experiment with orchestration layers, automation, and cutting-edge AI workflows.

• Establish repeatable operating practices that facilitate practical and measurable adoption.

• Ensure that tools and data contribute to smarter decision-making and scalable execution.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness throughout the marketing stack.

• Create programs that boost progression, conversion, and engagement.

• Support future referral, advocacy, and expansion initiatives.

• Enhance marketing’s impact beyond just acquisition.

• Develop testing and optimization practices that accelerate learning and improve results.

• Modify channel strategies and investments based on performance and market indicators.

• Utilize experimentation and funnel insights to inform decision-making.

• Oversee external partner strategies and execution with agencies, vendors, and emerging technology or service providers, ensuring accountability, performance, and measurable business impact.

• Collaborate across functions to enhance digital conversion performance.

• Assist with CRO, testing, and website performance projects.

• Improve user journeys and conversion pathways.

• Increase testing velocity and digital effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.

• Experience working in both high-growth startup settings and established or scaled organizations.

• Proven track record of driving pipeline and customer acquisition in B2B SaaS, media, advertising technology, marketplace, or subscription-based environments.

• Extensive hands-on experience in:

• Paid Search

• Paid Social

• ABM

• Nurture

• SEO / SEM

• Conversion optimization

• Performance marketing

• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel performance, and conversion tracking.

• Experience managing agencies and marketing vendors.

• Demonstrated proficiency with modern AI marketing tools and AI-enabled workflows beyond basic copilot usage.

• Ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-driven marketing solutions.

• Strong experimentation mindset and comfort with testing and iteration.

• Product-oriented growth leader who approaches growth from the perspective of customer experience, adoption, and retention, collaborating across functions to achieve results beyond traditional marketing channels.

• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

• Ability to navigate fluidly between strategy and execution.

• Comfort in operating independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
