This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the growth strategy for the Insurance Services division in a specified region.
• Collaborate with Division and Practice leadership to create and implement comprehensive go-to-market and market expansion strategies.
• Expand the range and depth of services to effectively meet market demands.
• Identify and utilize cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value.
• Work closely with practice leadership, Strategic Accounts, and Client Success teams.
• Foster and exemplify a seller/doer culture.
• Remain attentive to both client requirements and internal talent.
• Conduct research and forecast market trends.
• Exhibit strong leadership through a detail-oriented, hands-on, and analytical management style.
• Balance immediate revenue performance with long-term strategic growth goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders across practices to synchronize business development, recruiting, talent planning, project resourcing, and operational practices.
• Formulate coordinated growth plans and mobilize existing resources across practices to enhance regional performance.
• Over 15 years of experience in first-party property insurance preferred.
• At least 5 years in an executive, partner, or business leadership role.
• Preferred background in expert consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, Business Administration, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in managing growth within a relevant industry.
• Credible leader with strong team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and encourage collaboration across various business units and service offerings.
• History of success in meeting sales and financial objectives while driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in analyzing and utilizing sales data, market trends, and other pertinent information to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Significant travel required within assigned territories.
