Senior User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from creative development through to launch and optimization.

• Generate traffic acquisition by utilizing platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook.

• Formulate and test hypotheses to identify growth opportunities for enhancing advertising campaign performance.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and target demographics to improve outcomes.

• Manage budgets and monitor performance to achieve advertising goals.

• Engage with clients and take part in pre-sale discussions to foster strong relationships.

• Create and refine acquisition funnels by assessing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling successful strategies.

• Innovate with unique formats – collaborate closely with the creative team to generate ideas, experiment with different ad formats, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in user acquisition for mobile applications, demonstrating success in scaling efforts.

• Technical Expertise: Ability to manage traffic across leading platforms — launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, handling substantial budgets and ambitious performance targets.

• Familiarity with web subscription user acquisition.

• Budget Management: Proven experience in managing advertising budgets starting at $100,000 per month.

• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, AppsFlyer, Power BI/Tableau, Amplitude, with strong data analysis skills.

• Soft Skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication with both clients and team members.
