This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Strategize, oversee, and enhance user acquisition (UA) campaigns across key platforms, including local channels.
• Evaluate performance metrics, detect patterns, and provide optimization suggestions based on data insights.
• Present campaign outcomes and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to design and test effective marketing assets.
• Maintain relationships with advertising networks, DSPs, and platform partners while identifying new growth avenues.
• Work closely with teams from Fraud, Product, Data, Creative, and Sales.
• Keep abreast of mobile UA trends, privacy updates, and emerging platform opportunities in the APAC region.
• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-platform campaigns and handling substantial budgets.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
• Familiarity with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and leading user acquisition platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
