This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Accountable for the strategy related to products, programs, or portfolios.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and integrate findings into the marketing strategy.
• Create essential strategy documents including the strategic plan, annual marketing plan, and product launch plans.
• Allocate resources to assess, oversee, and adjust marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to boost commercial effectiveness.
• Develop a pricing strategy that aligns with broader business objectives and P&L factors.
• Set metrics, goals, success criteria, and milestones.
• Perform post-launch evaluations and apply insights gained for future improvements.
• Anticipate sales by considering market conditions, product specifics, and other critical elements.
• Exhibit strong financial understanding.
• Guide, develop, and influence personnel across the organization, fostering cross-divisional connections.
• Cultivate important relationships with industry and market leaders, organizations, and institutions, translating business insights into future strategies.
• Regularly make decisions that influence immediate operations and have implications for the division.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Preferably, 5 or more years of experience in medical devices or marketing.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to manage several projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Ability to persuade others even without formal organizational authority.
• Must be capable of navigating complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
