This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver specialized clinical product and technical support, as well as training on AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters during electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for physicians and EP laboratory personnel on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including CARTO®, CARTOSOUND™, CARTOMERGE™, and Stockert RF generator.
• Inform customers about electrophysiology products and facilitate in-service training.
• Share best practices to enhance customer product utilization.
• Recognize sales opportunities through consultative selling techniques.
• Promote awareness of electrophysiology solutions and assist Territory Sales Managers in connecting with decision makers.
• Organize and coordinate case support.
• Collaborate effectively with Regional Business Directors, Territory Managers, EP Clinical Account Specialists, Field Service Engineers, field management, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with external partners and foster customer relationships within and beyond EP/IC laboratories.
• Keep up-to-date with product usage instructions, best practices, troubleshooting techniques, clinical literature, and new product developments.
• Address requests in high-pressure situations and develop solutions through diagnostic dialogue.
• Mentor new members of the electrophysiology commercial team as needed.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant professional work or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab.
• Must hold certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in either adult or pediatric echocardiography.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical ultrasound and echocardiography.
• Clinical understanding of the healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Advanced clinical expertise in cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging.
• Technical knowledge of electrophysiology technology and its advancements.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 40% overnight, both locally and nationally, sometimes with short notice.
• Ability to work in hospital lab settings, participate in live patient cases, wear protective gear, and work flexible hours.
• May need to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience in electrophysiology/cath lab or the EP/cardiovascular device industry is strongly preferred.
• At least one certification from CEPS (IBHRE), RCES, or RCIS is strongly preferred.
• Experience with complex technical systems or critical patient care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and patient care teams.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to convert large volumes of data into actionable insights.
