Senior UKG WFM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ a consultative strategy by collaborating with clients to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Collaborate with our clients to assist in configuring and advising on UKG Pro WFM solutions.

• Exhibit a strong capability to work across various industries, including Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Production.

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and provide guidance on the utilization of UKG systems.

• Support in mentoring fellow WFM Consultant colleagues.

• Leverage industry knowledge and WFM expertise to design, maintain, and implement WFM solutions.

• Apply system analysis methods to establish software specifications.

• Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HRIS consulting experience.

• Proficient in UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling configuration.

• Capability to work entirely remotely and travel up to 40% as required for client engagement.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred (considered a plus).

• Certifications in UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling are advantageous (considered a plus).
