Senior UI/UX Designer – Enterprise Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete UX/UI design workflow for intricate enterprise applications.

• Perform user research and convert findings into intuitive, user-focused design solutions.

• Create user flows, information structures, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.

• Establish scalable interaction patterns and design systems tailored for workflow-driven applications.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Provide comprehensive engineering handoffs and assist in implementation through design quality assurance.

• Revise designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and input from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 6 years of professional experience in designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end UX/UI design projects.

• Strong proficiency in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and systems thinking.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.

• Experience in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
