This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead comprehensive UI/UX design processes for both web and mobile applications, ranging from initial discovery to final product launch.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to convert intricate requirements into straightforward design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives.
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform and guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to create seamless user experiences.
• Generate user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
• Supervise the creation and upkeep of design systems, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
• Have an advanced grasp of UI design principles, encompassing color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Possess experience in utilizing AI-driven design tools to streamline design workflows.
• Mentor and support junior designers by providing constructive feedback and encouraging their professional development.
• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Have a solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their application in design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A robust portfolio showcasing the design of B2B or Enterprise products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or B2B enterprise is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
• Background in Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
• Experience in applying accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design techniques.
