This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Integrate various sensors and subsystems (such as GPS, RTK, cameras, rangefinders, etc.) into UAV platforms.
• Execute flight tuning and stabilization processes, including PID tuning.
• Carry out on-site flight testing and validation procedures.
• Diagnose system-level issues and enhance UAV performance.
• Set up and oversee flight control systems based on ArduPilot.
• Assist in system integration across hardware and software components.
• Participate in R&D initiatives based on experience and project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ArduPilot.
• Extensive experience with UAV systems, particularly medium to large platforms.
• Practical knowledge of dual GPS configurations.
• Experience in implementing RTK systems.
• Strong background in PID tuning for UAV platforms.
• Experience with real-world flight testing and system integration.
• Familiarity with MAVLink communication.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Preferred: Experience with ROS2.
• Programming skills in C++ and/or Python.
• Experience with companion computers (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi).
• Knowledge of LTE/telemetry systems in UAVs.
