Senior UA Manager – TikTok

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of TikTok user acquisition for web funnels within our main dating portfolio (e.g., Dating.com / DateMyAge and similar offerings), concentrating primarily on the USA and Tier-1 markets.

• Strategize, initiate, optimize, and expand campaigns (with typical monthly expenditures per channel ranging from $200k to $300k+, and ambitions for growth).

• Develop and uphold account/business manager structures and operational standards (including tracking setups, domains, whitelists, payment flows, and basic infrastructure).

• Implement a systematic creative testing process: formulating hypotheses → making iterations → gleaning insights → scaling effectively.

• Propel automation enhancements (utilizing rules/scripts/integrations with third-party automation tools) and document best practices to ensure consistent channel scaling.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in TikTok user acquisition (web/B2C), with a proven track record in the USA and Tier-1 markets (candidates with only CIS experience will not be considered).

• Ownership of budgets at the $100k+/month level (preferably closer to $200k+/month), demonstrating clear performance-oriented thinking (CPA/ROAS/LTV, scaling strategies).

• Strong understanding of Facebook best practices (including structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, and troubleshooting) and readiness for a role that comprises approximately 70–80% execution and 20–30% channel leadership.

• Experience (or substantial exposure) to automation and a practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows.
