This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the key point of contact for intricate Trust & Safety escalations originating from both internal teams and external customers and vendors.
β’ Address high-stakes, sensitive cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
β’ Collaborate across departments with Product, Engineering, and RevOrg to relay enforcement decisions effectively.
β’ Utilize SQL and BI tools to autonomously analyze fraud patterns within G2βs marketplace.
β’ Manage the complete data-to-action cycle: identifying patterns β testing hypotheses β creating rules β implementing solutions β monitoring outcomes.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, with practical involvement in automated or scaled enforcement systems.
β’ Background in content moderation, large-scale enforcement initiatives, policy interpretation, and real-time incident management in complex settings.
β’ Demonstrated ability to handle intricate escalations thoroughly, both internally (across functions) and externally (customers, vendors, partners).
β’ Proficient in SQL: capable of writing queries to extract and analyze extensive datasets independently.
β’ Knowledgeable in AI with an understanding of the operational behavior of LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems.
