Senior Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily cash management and liquidity operations for Mission Lane's Treasury function.

• Monitor daily cash balances across various bank accounts.

• Execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments to ensure timely and accurate settlements.

• Refine and uphold short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

• Manage daily and monthly bank account reconciliations and address any discrepancies.

• Assist the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analytical tasks.

• Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets to ensure precise reporting.

• Aid internal controls and audit requests related to Treasury operations.

• Help maintain compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policies.

• Design and implement treasury processes as the function evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a similar analytical role in financial services or fintech.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic knowledge of, or a strong desire to learn SQL and Python.

• Solid foundational understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, interest rate risk, and fundamental financial principles.

• Capacity to work independently, solve complex problems, and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.

• Capability to work remotely and travel approximately four times a year for in-person collaboration.

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.

• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and process automation tools is preferred.

• Experience utilizing AI to optimize and automate business processes, such as Claude, is preferred.

• Understanding of fintech regulatory requirements and compliance standards like SOX and GAAP is preferred.
