Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for customers.

• Possess a deep understanding of client travel policies to consistently offer informed advice to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Provide clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to assess operational processes and commercial partnerships with clients, offering suggestions for enhancements.

• Keep up-to-date, actively communicate, and aim to broaden knowledge of the various travel industries being supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
