This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Oversee daily project and program management tasks, aiding your team in achieving high-quality results.
• Direct the comprehensive management of clinical document translation projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance, budget constraints, and timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, medical writers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external translation vendors.
• Organize translation needs, project planning, resource distribution, and execution from the project's inception to its conclusion.
• Track translation schedules, budgets, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance requirements across various simultaneous projects.
• Offer expert project management assistance to clinical teams, focusing on risk assessment, scope management, and vendor supervision.
• Propel the implementation, optimization, and governance of AI-powered translation platforms and translation management tools.
• Assess, analyze, and consistently enhance AI-generated translation outputs, collaborating with technology and development teams to improve performance and efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in clinical/regulatory document translation or bilingual quality control and 2 years in translation project management.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical and regulatory documentation, such as Protocols, Investigator’s Brochures (IB), Clinical Study Reports (CSR), and CTD clinical summaries.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, budget management, and vendor management in a regulated setting.
• Practical experience with CAT tools, translation memory (TM), terminology management, QA tools, and AI-enabled translation platforms.
• Strong grasp of data protection, document control practices, compliance requirements, and translation quality standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English at a business level, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively across global, multicultural teams.
