Senior Training/Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, clinical, marketing, legal, compliance, and commercial leaders to identify educational needs concerning new therapies, clinical evidence, or procedural advancements.

• Analyze feedback from physicians, field teams, and program participants to enhance medical education content, ensuring that learning materials are clinically pertinent, evidence-based, and in alignment with global medical education standards.

• Organize and execute high-quality medical education programs for healthcare professionals utilizing formats such as workshops, symposia, proctorships, and hands-on training sessions.

• Assist in the creation of medical education materials, course frameworks, and learning methodologies that promote effective knowledge transfer.

• Assess the impact of education programs, monitor participation and learning results, and pinpoint opportunities to bolster clinical engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting, clinical training, field sales, or support within the medical device or healthcare sector, or equivalent experience.

• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree along with 6 years of relevant experience.

• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs.

• Proficient in managing training projects from design to execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of improving processes, systems, or training effectiveness.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in mentoring or coaching peers and coordinating efforts across project teams.

• Capable of working independently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity or experience in interventional cardiology is a plus.
