Senior Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Instructing agency customers and staff on the operational procedures and usage of sophisticated software products and services.

• Facilitating virtual and/or on-site training sessions for Motorola CommandCentral software along with specific third-party software integrations.

• Delivering training through various classroom methods, including but not limited to Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.

• Completing reports as required by the department within established standards and deadlines.

• Managing communications with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project and training timelines.

• Assembling thorough training and technical documentation, along with course materials for both new and existing products or services.

• Evaluating knowledge retention and the effectiveness of training programs.

• Working under the supervision of the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with Motorola Solutions Customer Software.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in public safety.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with public safety products.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Must be eligible to obtain background clearance as mandated by government customers and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
