Organizational Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leads are vital to the delivery of client services at Argano.

• As a Lead in Argano’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Oracle, you will provide high-quality solutions to meet our clients' most urgent business needs.

• Collaborate with team members from the OCM practice and the Oracle business unit.

• Carry out Adoption Readiness Assessments, analyze outcomes, and offer recommendations.

• Design, create, implement, and oversee effective tactical change networks within the client’s environment.

• Produce communication materials aligned with the strategy and tactical plans tailored to the client’s transformation goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Change Management teams.

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional services or consulting organization.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Business, or Management is preferred.

• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is preferred.

• Strong ability to collaborate and function effectively as a team player.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of being self-directed and prioritizing tasks to produce key deliverables.

• Willingness and ability to travel.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
