This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Recognize gaps in performance, skills, knowledge, information, and attitudes within a specific audience and develop learning experiences to address these gaps.
• Design and implement knowledge transfer programs for the US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with thorough documentation.
• Develop online course content that aligns with organizational goals and learner needs, ensuring it is accessible and engaging.
• Produce captivating learning materials such as presentations, instructional videos, and interactive exercises.
• Work in collaboration with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to create high-quality learning resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning materials, continually enhancing them to improve learning outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in teaching, training, or web design.
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing for software documentation.
• Familiarity with design and learning software (Adobe, Photoshop, Flash, etc.).
• Outstanding communication and graphic design abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development.
• Capability to function efficiently in remote or hybrid team settings.
• Must possess a NACI or have the ability to obtain one.
