This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee field coaching initiatives that enhance execution quality, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with field leadership to pinpoint performance deficiencies and execute focused coaching strategies.
• Offer straightforward, actionable feedback that fosters individual and team growth.
• Create and present franchise-specific training materials, tools, and learning pathways that align with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop RSTs and other training collaborators to enhance facilitation, coaching, and business effectiveness.
• Work alongside Sales Leadership, Marketing, and various cross-functional teams to synchronize training goals with business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree
• Over 5 years of field sales experience within the pharmaceutical sector, or equivalent experience, or 2+ years in sales training, field coaching, or as a trainer
• In-depth understanding of field execution, coaching methodologies, and drivers of commercial performance
• Capability to operate effectively within a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
