This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop the business by owning the strategy, pricing, revenue, and profit margins for the education and talent portfolio.
• Achieve your objectives by successfully delivering the MBA partnership.
• Create and launch public courses, certifications, and training programs for examiners and regulators that set the industry standard.
• Expand our outreach by providing AI education to thousands of mortgage professionals through online series, workshops, coaching, and practical learning.
• Cultivate talent by recruiting, developing, and leading instructors and coaches, including those for the AI Futures program.
• Collaborate for success by partnering with AI Services, AI Products (Phoenix Burst), Human Futures, Operations, Brand and Marketing, and Events to ensure education fosters adoption — and that this adoption informs our future teachings.
• Serve as a spokesperson by representing the PhoenixTeam on stage and with clients as a trusted authority on AI in the mortgage sector.
• Stay informed by ensuring our content remains ahead of the rapidly evolving AI and regulatory landscape.
• Demonstrated leadership in business lines or P&L management — you have built and scaled initiatives, not merely overseen them.
• A proven history in education, training, learning and development, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of AI and generative AI, coupled with a genuine passion for teaching it; experience in the mortgage industry is a significant advantage.
• A propensity to deliver — quickly and with high standards.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong presence; credible when addressing executives and speaking publicly.
• A natural collaborator who fosters trust among teams and enhances the capabilities of those around them.
