
Senior Training Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Efficiently identifying, designing, delivering, and overseeing training requirements for pharmaceutical clients.
• Assisting in the assessment, creation, and execution of training initiatives, including the design and development of content throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting engaging live or virtual training sessions, showcasing outstanding platform skills.
• Aiding in the production of all necessary training materials and/or home study resources for initial and follow-up training sessions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement dynamic learning resources.
• Supporting the Directors of Training and Project Managers through comprehensive project management methodologies.
• Delivering effective facilitation services (both live and virtual) to guarantee the successful delivery and execution of training.
• Onboarding, developing, and mentoring field-based trainers and emerging sales representatives.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical training setting is essential.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is desirable.
• Proven ability to support all phases of a detailed, multi-faceted program from inception to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience with product launches or significant new indication launches is preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong track record in creating and executing effective training programs.
• Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Office and relevant business and communication tools.
• Knowledgeable about traditional and contemporary training methods and adult learning principles.
• Understanding of sound instructional design concepts.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach.
