This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design and implement Oncology/Hematology training for Franchise A, focusing on Imbruvica or Epkinly.
• Create training materials related to disease knowledge, product information, sales effectiveness, market insights, and operational procedures for members of the Commercial organization.
• Maintain deep expertise in disease states, product lines, and therapeutic areas.
• Develop and carry out training programs and initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Design and improve curriculum for the Commercial organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure the accuracy of medical content and adherence to promotional policies.
• Oversee vendors and manage contract requirements for training content.
• Execute project management tasks during the development of training content.
• Facilitate training sessions, including planning, logistics, vendor supervision, and participant engagement.
• Work in partnership with Marketing and Sales to create training that aligns with brand objectives and manage the rollout to field colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Franchise A to deliver timely, innovative, and relevant training solutions.
• Engage with external partners and colleagues from partner companies to synchronize training strategies and tactics.
• Establish trust and credibility with business partners through consistent interaction and effective collaborations.
• Support field sales by taking part in sales meetings and routine field visits.
• Design and facilitate training work sessions at National Sales and POA Meetings.
• Develop and sustain facilitation expertise.
• Evaluate organizational training needs related to clinical proficiency and development competencies, providing insights for innovation.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in Training, Marketing, or Sales within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oncology/Hematology disease areas is advantageous.
• Experience in creating training tools to enhance clinical understanding is a plus.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and various platforms is beneficial.
• Exceptional skill in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to thrive in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Capability to operate in an unstructured setting.
• Strategic insight to allocate time effectively to significant initiatives.
• Outstanding oral presentation skills.

• Proficiency with AI and innovative technology platforms, including iPad, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
