Instructional Designer, ORBIS Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance digital learning solutions for software product training, which includes videos and interactive e-learning modules.

• Generate e-learning content on internal topics that are independent of specific products as required.

• Assess learning objectives and target audiences to formulate instructional concepts and scripts.

• Simplify intricate subject matter into understandable, practical, and audience-appropriate learning formats.

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to guarantee technical accuracy, relevance, and quality.

• Professionally create learning content utilizing Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other authoring tools.

• Provide guidance and support to subject matter experts in content preparation and the execution of learning and video projects.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders on customer-specific initiatives.

• Enhance team performance through professional exchanges, peer reviews, and consultative support on instructional, content, and technical aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in fields such as clinical, nursing, business, education, or IT-related areas.

• Familiarity with HCIS products, particularly ORBIS.

• Preferably, hands-on experience in developing digital learning media.

• Ideally, experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and video editing software, or a willingness to acquire these skills.

• Capability to convey complex topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner, with linguistic accuracy.

• A structured, analytical, and self-directed working style.

• Strong awareness of quality standards.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
