Onsite Client Training Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging training sessions on-site during the initial installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software.

• Offer expert guidance to dealership management regarding system configuration and software application.

• Ensure adherence to business strategies, industry developments, established processes, and applicable laws.

• Work closely with dealership management to collect essential data for informed decision-making and reporting.

• Assist customers in developing personalized reports and dashboards.

• Track progress throughout the installation week to guarantee the successful execution of the onsite training agenda.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dealership accounting, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Office Management, or Controller positions.

• 3-5 years of experience in dealership payroll processing, related regulations, and reporting, including tax matters.

• Preferred experience of 2-5 years in on-site implementation.

• Previous experience with Auto/Mate DMS is advantageous.

• Familiarity with taxation as well as relevant state and federal laws and regulations is a plus.

• Experience with standard business software and DMS related to accounting functions.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong background in training and presenting in both group settings and one-on-one scenarios.

• Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in effective phone communication.

• Preferred proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are preferred.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time is required.
