This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the creation of all necessary training materials and/or home study resources essential for both initial and follow-up training sessions.
• Work in partnership with an interdisciplinary team to implement engaging learning materials such as slide presentations, workshops, reference guides, job aids, and modules.
• Provide support to the Directors of Training and Project Managers by adhering to detailed project management practices and standards.
• Collaborate on various support services, including agenda management, Portal/Platform LMS setup, and production services as needed.
• Continuously update knowledge on new disease state materials, both branded and unbranded, and be ready to train on these materials in a timely manner.
• Deliver effective facilitation services (both live and virtual) to ensure proper execution of training sessions, covering product knowledge, disease states, or selling skills.
• Offer train-the-trainer services, new hire training, and sustainment curriculum trainings upon request.
• Support sales management teams by supplying training materials, workshops, and/or facilitation assistance at National, Sales, and POA meetings.
• Manage the Training Project Plan, including task oversight, issue escalation, risk identification, and interdependencies through project documentation such as Issue Tracker, Milestone Tracker, and Action Item Tracker.
• Onboard, develop, and mentor field-based trainers and emerging sales leaders based on the competencies and skills necessary for the project, including virtual and live field rides as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is essential.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales with training exposure is preferred.
• Proven ability to support all facets of a detailed, multi-component program from inception to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Product launch experience or substantial new indication launch experience is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.
• High proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methodologies as well as adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of effective instructional design practices.
