Senior Trainer, Clinical Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take a pivotal role in delivering, standardizing, and continually enhancing onboarding and upskilling programs for clinical research staff at the site level.

• Lead the execution of both onsite and remote training sessions for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and site personnel with a high degree of independence.

• Tackle and resolve complex training scenarios as they arise.

• Identify and address gaps to enhance the curriculum and its delivery.

• Work collaboratively with Site Operations to ensure that training provided is practical, comprehensible, and in alignment with regulatory standards.

• Contribute to the strategic planning and integration of clinical education initiatives.

• Evaluate success through timely onboarding processes and adherence to protocol and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred certifications include RN, ACRP, or SOCRA.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, including a background as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) and/or in clinical research training, demonstrating a history of leading complex training initiatives or addressing site-level training challenges.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery.

• Extensive knowledge of site-level clinical trial operations, encompassing CRC responsibilities, regulatory documentation, protocol execution, and participant visit workflows.

• Proficient in the use of digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Teams, clinical systems).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
