This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offers transactional deal support for NAM through the R-process and Policy 5.0, assisting with risk screening/red-lining, preparing for Deal Desks, conducting RAM assessments particularly focused on developing mitigation plans, and securing necessary approvals.
• Collaborates with the ComOps Leader to manage Go! & Deal Desk 1-4 for the PT region, ensuring the effective use and documentation of agreed actions to facilitate quicker decision-making.
• Drives process and tool improvements within the ComOps organization, such as enhancing operating rhythms and structures, to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the NAM ComOps organization.
• Implements corrective measures using LEAN tools through post-mortem analyses, win-loss evaluations, and customer feedback to support the delivery of world-class offer quality.
• Oversees the monitoring and resolution of outstanding RAM decisions by utilizing and developing relevant dashboards, encouraging timely adaptations, and following up with approvers to ensure prompt decision-making and improvement actions.
• Conducts training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of Sales teams, particularly Bid Managers, while providing insights for the creation of new contract-risk/Ts&Cs training modules.
• Facilitates a Sales self-assessment initiative to pinpoint significant challenges and areas needing improvement within the team (e.g., Insurance, Cyber Security, etc.).
• Engages with various functions including Sales, Tendering, Legal, Finance & Operations, as well as other GS BLs, to optimize sales solutions.
• Keeps abreast of market trends, customer requirements, and the customer base, while understanding the unique characteristics of sub-markets across the region.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Risk Mitigation.
• In-depth knowledge of Procurement, Frame Agreements, and Subcontract terms.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically.
