Senior Title Examiner, Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform and supervise in-depth title research activities.

• Work collaboratively with examiners, agents, and clients to address intricate examining challenges.

• Offer training, support, and mentorship to junior examiners.

• Act as a communication bridge between examiners, underwriting, and title agents.

• Provide assistance with minor underwriting tasks as necessary.

• Handle multiple open items concurrently while ensuring effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A decade of experience in Florida title examination.

• Proficiency in metes and bounds legal description mapping.

• Familiarity with Florida real property law, including probate and foreclosure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic environment.

• Experience or exposure to underwriting is advantageous.
