This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote the designated indications of BMS products within a specified territory or region to achieve or surpass assigned sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
• Generate demand for BMS medications by effectively communicating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patients.
• Develop and uphold scientific knowledge in assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepare and execute thorough territory and account plans.
• Utilize SOPHIA to extract insights and adapt call plans dynamically.
• Present approved scientific data to healthcare providers, ensuring medical accuracy.
• Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch-and-learns.
• Organize external speaker programs, managing scheduling and logistical aspects.
• Maintain current expertise on emerging data related to approved indications.
• Engage with Medical on Call to respond to unsolicited queries and complex technical questions.
• Collaborate with other field teams to enhance the Customer Experience.
• Collect and relay customer insights internally to the relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
• Travel in the field to meet with customers, patients, or business partners and attend meetings as required.
• Advanced scientific degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse.
• Proficient in conveying scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.
• Proven experience in building and sustaining credibility with key customers, office personnel, and customer influence networks.
• Experience in cardiovascular field is preferred.
• Strong account management capabilities.
• Exceptional selling skills with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong promotional and selling skills, supported by a successful performance history.
• Proven ability to drive business results and foster customer credibility.
• Understanding of the patient journey with the ability to customize engagement and messages effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities regarding scientific and clinical information.
• Strong desire to learn and a passion for science.
• Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data effectively.
• Capability to segment HCPs and adjust communication and product presentations accordingly.
• Proficiency in using CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.
• Competence in digital communication and technology, including email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
• Experience using CE^3 and CRM tools to gather, input, and manage quality data, track interactions, and plan engagements.
• Ability to utilize Medical on Call technology efficiently.
• Business acumen to assess business and market factors and develop, implement, and modify business plans as necessary.
• Strong integrity and good judgment to operate in compliance with BMS policies and procedures.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license in good standing issued by the resident state.
