📋 Description

• Promotes authorized indications of BMS products within a specified territory or region to achieve or surpass assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.

• Generates demand for BMS medications by effectively communicating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patients.

• Engages with and continually develops a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.

• Develops and executes comprehensive territory and account plans successfully.

• Utilizes available tools such as CE^3 to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans proactively.

• Provides feedback on the usage of these tools to leadership to facilitate continuous improvement.

• Exhibits scientific expertise and enthusiasm in utilizing authorized scientific resources and publications to convey information to HCPs while ensuring medical accuracy.

• Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs in alignment with labeling.

• Organizes external speaker programs by selecting speakers from a list approved by the Speakers Bureau and managing scheduling and logistics.

• Maintains a strong level of working expertise on emerging data related to approved indications.

• Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to promptly address unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.

• Collaborates proactively with other field teams to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.

• Collects and shares pertinent insights and information internally with relevant stakeholders to enhance BMS's ability to serve its customers.

• Adheres to all laws, regulations, and policies governing the conduct of BMS.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree and/or a minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nursing.

• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to assist physicians in serving their patients effectively.

• Proven experience in building and sustaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network through a customer-centric approach and commitment to creating a positive and distinctive Customer Experience (Cx).

• Experience in cardiovascular is required.

• Demonstrated strong capabilities in account management skill sets, outstanding selling competencies, and a proven sales performance record of meeting or exceeding goals.

• Proven ability to work effectively across functions with a positive team mindset and a proactive attitude.

• Exceptional selling and promotional skills demonstrated through a history of performance.

Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine eligibility. Contractors, leased workers, and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
