This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of our engagement strategy and presence across social media and community platforms.
• Enhance our visibility on channels we control and identify new areas for engagement.
• Interact with our audience in various forums beyond our owned channels.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
• Create and implement social media strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
• Manage our community presence in relevant forums that cater to our target demographic.
• Supervise our employee advocacy initiative and evaluate performance metrics.
• Perform social and community listening to provide actionable insights.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B social media and community engagement, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn at scale for a B2B brand, going beyond conventional strategies.
• A solid history of executing an employee advocacy program with quantifiable reach and engagement.
• Active participation in communities across platforms that are important to us (such as Reddit, B2B Slack channels, and niche forums).
• Practical knowledge of AI tools. You utilize AI agents and LLM tools daily and can provide concrete examples of their application.
• Strong conviction in measurement. You can identify the appropriate metrics for social media and community engagement at this stage of a brand and report on them comprehensively.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
