📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic presence across essential platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—where our target audience actively engages.

• Create Jerry's strategic playbook outlining the best practices for participation in each community: determining optimal posting times, identifying when to engage, and knowing when to remain silent.

• Cultivate Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant, trustworthy communities.

• Develop a content and engagement strategy that is scalable while maintaining authenticity, utilizing AI tools where beneficial.

• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure a cohesive message across all channels.

• Track and analyze key metrics: sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing and/or regulated sectors.

• A strategic thinker who designs systems rather than relying solely on intuition—you possess a solid understanding of SEO and how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrable capacity to transform "boring" or "stressful" categories into relatable, authentic, and engaging topics.

• A patient and inquisitive long-term strategist who prioritizes organic trust over immediate PR gains.
