This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with K–12 educators and leaders based on value, clarity, and results.
• Lead effective and collaborative Professional Learning Community meetings with groups of teachers, instructional staff, and/or K–12 leaders.
• Build rapport and establish robust professional relationships with internal team members.
• Foster open communication channels with the EdConnective coaching team, sales team, and success team.
• Keep precise and timely participant records, including meeting reports and usage data, during PLC implementation.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or obstacles to ensure continued satisfaction and account retention.
• Create and present regular reports and communications to customers to showcase progress, emerging trends, and program impact.
• Transform satisfied customers into EdConnective advocates and power users.
• Share trends and insights gained from PLC facilitation with the internal EdConnective team to support retention and growth.
• 5+ years of experience in a classroom teaching position with proven effectiveness in enhancing student outcomes.
• Previous experience in instructional coaching is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional coaching with a proven ability to build rapport with adult learners.
• 2+ years of school leadership experience with a demonstrated impact on school or district-level student outcomes.
• 2+ years facilitating collaboration among educators through Professional Learning Communities, team meetings, or similar formats.
• Proven ability to connect with and effectively support K–12 educators and leaders by identifying and communicating specific classroom and coaching strategies to foster growth and improvement in student outcomes.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to improve rapidly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
• Capacity to analyze data to inform decisions — identify trends, extract insights, and demonstrate impact to ensure customer loyalty.
• Proficiency with technology and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Self-motivated individual with a collaborative spirit, who excels in a remote work setting with minimal supervision.
