This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement top-tier, social-first content across various platforms (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Think creatively and develop concepts based on a brief, bringing striking ideas to fruition that feel organic to each platform.

• Oversee and deliver on social media shoots—from pre-production to post-production.

• Respond quickly and adapt swiftly—you're resourceful, agile, and always ready to seize the moment.

• Keep an eye on trends, memes, and current events to engage in real-time with brand-appropriate responses.

• Foster community engagement and growth by responding in brand voice(s), connecting with culture, and building relationships with our audience.

• Collaborate with internal influencer teams to craft cohesive campaigns that blend both social and influencer strategies.

• Lead and ensure the success and outcomes of all clients you manage by establishing and nurturing strong relationships.

• Work alongside clients and internal teams to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role with a strong emphasis on content creation and community engagement.

• A proven history of independently managing and expanding a social media presence for a significant B2C brand.

• Previous agency experience managing client accounts is required.

• Outstanding content creation abilities, including exceptional writing and editing skills, with the capability to adapt tone and style for various platforms and audiences.

• Familiarity with analyzing performance data and utilizing those insights to refine strategies and report on overall effectiveness.

• A genuine enthusiasm for being active on social media is crucial; we seek candidates who are immersed in social media trends.

• Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is advantageous.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
