This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver testing, business readiness, training, and AI-driven quality assurance services for the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Online (CLEO) project.

• Strategize, coordinate, create, revise, and carry out testing activities in accordance with business requirements, ServiceNow stories, acceptance criteria, timelines, and approved documentation.

• Conduct UAT, functional, enhancement, regression, end-to-end, integration, data migration, business process, deployment validation, smoke, retesting, and post-deployment verification tasks.

• Recognize, document, track, analyze, and confirm defects, including severity evaluations, supporting evidence compilation, root cause analysis assistance, and resolution validation.

• Keep testing documentation, execution records, traceability details, repositories, and status updates organized.

• Oversee testing progress and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and obstacles impacting timelines or deliverables.

• Engage in sprint-based and release-based testing, defect triage, and the ongoing enhancement of testing methodologies.

• Create and sustain training materials and business readiness artifacts, such as user guides, job aids, presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs.

• Develop training scenarios, datasets, demonstrations, user adoption resources, and AI-assisted learning materials.

• Facilitate or assist in knowledge transfer sessions, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and training activities.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of materials with approved processes, functionalities, and user requirements.

• Assist with go-live activities, business readiness evaluations, operational transitions, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Identify and evaluate responsible AI opportunities for test case creation, test coverage analysis, defect investigation, reporting, documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.

• Review and verify all AI-assisted outputs for precision, relevance, completeness, accessibility, usability, compliance, and conformity with approved requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level Test Analyst background; minimum years not specified.

• Proficient in developing and executing test scenarios, scripts, and cases.

• Experienced with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, enhancement testing, regression testing, end-to-end process testing, integration testing, data migration validation, and business process validation.

• Skilled in identifying, documenting, tracking, severity-assessing, and validating defects.

• Experienced in defect investigation, root cause analysis support, and defect resolution validation.

• Proficient in maintaining testing documentation, execution records, traceability information, and testing status reports.

• Experienced with sprint-based and release-based testing, test planning, defect triage, deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment verification.

• Skilled in creating training materials, user guides, job aids, training presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, training scenarios, and knowledge transfer content.

• Experienced in collaborating with Product Owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, and project team members.

• Knowledgeable about approved AI-enabled and Generative AI tools for testing, documentation, training, knowledge management, and readiness activities.

• Capable of reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, usability, compliance with Government of Alberta standards, and alignment with approved requirements.

• Competent in working within Government of Alberta project management, testing, quality assurance, privacy, security, accessibility, governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
