Senior Manual QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing for web, backend, and mobile applications.

• Create, document, and implement test plans, checklists, and test cases.

• Detect, document, and monitor bugs effectively.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and UI/UX designers.

• Engage throughout the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post-release support.

• Test APIs and services by confirming data integrity and functionality across systems.

• Partner with the automation team to pinpoint manual testing opportunities for automation.

• Ensure that test outcomes are precise, reproducible, and properly recorded.

• Take part in recruitment processes by serving on interview panels for prospective company positions.

• Validate the quality, reliability, compliance, and integration of a mobile vaccine-management application for nurses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Manual QA, encompassing Web, BackEnd, and Mobile application testing.

• Proficient with browser developer tools, Postman, or similar tools for web testing.

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.

• Experience with mobile testing tools like TestFlight, Charles, or comparable tools.

• Strong proficiency in bug tracking and task management tools.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or similar.

• Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate business requirements into effective testing strategies.

• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

• Effective collaboration skills and a proven ability to work well in a team setting.

• Proactive mindset towards process and system improvements.

• High levels of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication.

• Legal work authorization in the country of residence must be verified.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Basic SQL knowledge for database verification is desirable.

• Familiarity with performance AI testing tools is a plus.
