This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Design, develop, implement, and uphold testing strategies and plans for Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects.
• Conduct testing for Contact Center and Salesforce voice solutions utilizing Amazon Connect.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing.
• Assess Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex, APIs, security models, and custom enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams on requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes.
• Create and sustain automated testing frameworks and regression suites employing Copado and other relevant Salesforce testing tools.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, release readiness, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) validation, and release management.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects until resolution; assist in root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
• Verify data integrity, migration accuracy, platform functionality, security, governance, accessibility, and compliance with regulations.
• Take part in client-facing testing reviews and facilitate UAT coordination.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation, including test cases, scripts, traceability matrices, defect logs, and release validation reports.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and Agile delivery methods.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA, Quality Engineering, or testing roles within enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect Salesforce implementations.
• Extensive background in creating and executing automated test scripts with test automation tools.
• Practical experience in testing Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation.
• Strong comprehension of Amazon Connect.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, security models, user roles, profiles, and sharing architecture.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, User Acceptance, end-to-end, and API testing.
• Proficiency in using Copado for Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, and release validation.
• Experience in validating integrations that involve APIs, web services, middleware, and external systems.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software delivery methodologies and release processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail and process discipline.
• Capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in client-facing settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document defects, testing outcomes, and validation results.
