This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Strategize, develop, implement, and evaluate software quality processes across enterprise applications and integration platforms.
• Conduct integration, interoperability, regression, and data validation testing for healthcare solutions.
• Work in partnership with application teams, business stakeholders, and process owners to integrate quality objectives into business solutions.
• Verify healthcare data exchanges between systems utilizing source-to-target mapping and reconciliation techniques.
• Examine business challenges, identify risks and issues, and offer recommendations for ongoing process enhancement.
• Develop and uphold test plans, test cases, defect documentation, and quality reports.
• Assist in defect management activities, which include identification, tracking, analysis, and resolution.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Provide expertise on software artifacts, testing procedures, and quality standards.
• Over 1 year of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or IT quality assurance.
• Familiarity with healthcare data integration testing and interoperability solutions.
• Practical experience with source-to-target data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality processes.
• US citizenship is required.
• W2 employment; C2C arrangements are not eligible.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 v2/v3.
• Preferred: Experience in testing healthcare APIs and integration workflows.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Kafka, SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, or messaging platforms.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner, or other EHR platforms.
• Preferred: Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Preferred: Previous experience in the healthcare or health insurance sectors.
• Required technical skills: Healthcare Integration Testing, HL7 v2/v3 Testing, FHIR Testing, API Testing, Data Validation & Reconciliation, Source-to-Target Mapping, Defect Management, Regression Testing, Agile Testing Methodologies.
• 1 year contract.
• W2 employment (C2C arrangements are not eligible).
