Senior Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide Service Representatives and Territory Managers within the assigned region.

• Track essential performance metrics.

• Organize the pickup and delivery of equipment as necessary.

• Provide educational resources regarding medical devices.

• Work in conjunction with the Divisional Operations Manager to launch new Agiliti services.

• Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships at the departmental and mid-management levels within client organizations.

• Prepare, finalize, and assess analyses, surveys, and reports in collaboration with clients.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of contractual terms, including the decision-making process related to contracting maintenance and repair services for each Agiliti client in the area.

• Ensure adherence to Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety standards.

• Partner with various teams to enhance processes, identify gaps, and elevate overall service quality.

• Manage service coordination and coverage for unforeseen mobile lab or equipment failures as required.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel at least 50% to meet business requirements, occasionally on short notice.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room settings.

• A minimum of 5 years in management, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) is preferred.

• Familiarity with the assigned region and client landscape is preferred.

• Background in service delivery logistics and cost management is preferred.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

• Demonstrated success in managing a geographically diverse team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and capable of learning company-specific software.

• Certification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) is preferred but can be achieved within six months of hire.

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Proven ability to organize, prepare, and present effective customer presentations.

• Capacity to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Physical requirements include the ability to operate a computer, move materials around the office, sit for extended periods, and maintain communication with team members, with or without accommodations.
