Senior Territory Business Manager

📋 Description

• Influence and assist both high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other healthcare professionals, office and hospital administrative staff, as well as durable medical equipment providers in prescribing Dexcom products for their patients.

• Educate healthcare professionals on the use of Dexcom products and how to incorporate them into their practices.

• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibitions to promote Dexcom products to a wide range of the diabetes community.

• Deliver education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.

• Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to drive sales growth in the territory.

• Enhance Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district and territory sales targets and KPIs in accordance with company expectations.

• Execute Dexcom's strategy and track progress toward achieving sales goals using Dexcom analytical tools.

• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities promptly as instructed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and maintain a satisfactory driving record as defined by company policy.

• Preferred candidates will have prior medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.

• Previous experience in non-medical and pharmaceutical sales will also be considered.

• Knowledge of diabetes as a disease state is advantageous.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required.
