This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Clover’s Telesales program, ensuring accountability for sales and retention objectives.
• Manage our external Telesales partner, taking full responsibility for their training and performance, including achieving Clover’s conversion rate and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) benchmarks.
• Oversee staffing and headcount projections to ensure optimal staffing for meeting sales targets and compliance-based service requirements, while remaining within budget.
• Lead the creation of reporting dashboards and drive technological enhancements within the CRM and telephony systems.
• Negotiate contracts with all vendors associated with Telesales.
• Conduct silent monitoring of telesales representatives and produce daily report cards, aiming to cultivate a consistently high-performing team.
• Ensure all telephony systems are properly configured and fully operational.
• Develop new processes as required to efficiently manage the inbound and outbound lead funnel, and assist Marketing and Sales in expanding our lead generation strategies.
• Act as the primary feedback conduit for all telephonic interactions that Clover has with each market, shaping a sales strategy that is efficient and financially viable for this channel and the markets served.
• Identify significant shifts or developments within the channel as well as key markets, communicating these insights to sales leadership to proactively address changes that may affect sales targets and performance.
• You possess 5+ years of relevant experience in Medicare Advantage or Health Insurance.
• You have at least 3 years of experience managing a telesales team or vendor.
• You exhibit a strong background in relationship management.
• You prefer utilizing technology to monitor your sales funnel and inform your sales strategy over time.
