This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate technology projects from inception and initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Define clear objectives, desired outcomes, milestones, delivery methodologies, and success criteria.
• Develop and uphold integrated delivery schedules that encompass workstreams, resources, budgets, dependencies, testing, business readiness, and production rollout.
• Manage project governance documentation, including timelines, RAID logs, decision records, change controls, financial tracking, status updates, and closure reports.
• Foster accountability, identify potential risks, eliminate obstacles, and escalate issues with context, impact, alternatives, and recommendations.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and implement Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Maintain JIRA and Confluence records, dashboards, roadmaps, workflows, delivery metrics, and portfolio reports.
• Convert technical and business information into clear communications for executives, sponsors, control partners, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Finance, and external partners.
• Track delivery performance and value realization using outcomes, milestones, KPIs, quality metrics, and corrective action plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability in managing software development, system integration, cloud, and enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development, system integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, DevOps, and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with governance, audit, regulatory, security, and internal control expectations within an enterprise or regulated context.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and coordinate multiple teams.
• Capability to transform ambiguous objectives into structured plans, ownership, milestones, and execution.
• Proficiency in coaching teams on Scrum practices, enhancing flow and predictability, and removing barriers to progress.
