
Senior Technology Manager, Supply Chain Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Spearhead the strategy, execution, and continuous enhancement of Supply Chain Finance, ensuring it aligns with business goals and IT standards.
• Oversee and assist with Intercompany financial processes and system integrations, which encompass eliminations, support for transfer pricing, and transactions between entities.
• Direct solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Finance functionalities, including Intercompany, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Inventory Valuation, Manufacturing Finance, Profitability Analysis, and Financial Planning processes.
• Collaborate with leaders in Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to convert business requirements into scalable SAP S/4 solutions and integrated business processes.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, system integrators, and offshore delivery partners, ensuring the quality of solutions, design uniformity, and successful execution.
• Guarantee that systems comply with SOX, audit, and data governance standards, maintaining robust controls and documentation.
• Lead and nurture a team of IT professionals and managed service partners, encouraging high performance and accountability.
• Work alongside enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams to ensure that solutions are secure, reliable, and prepared for the future.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance and Supply Chain solutions, with substantial experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Finance processes, including inventory accounting, standard costing, actual costing, Material Ledger, manufacturing finance, intercompany processes, and financial planning.
• Practical experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 in a complex, global setting.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong comprehension of financial controls, compliance, and audit mandates.
• Experience in leading or influencing teams, vendors, or managed service providers.
• Language proficiency: English is required.
• Travel: Up to 10–20%, including domestic and occasional international trips.
