📋 Description

• Lead the response to intricate production incidents, coordinating with experts from various teams to swiftly restore service.

• Drive sustainable enhancements following production incidents.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement innovative solutions.

• Ensure that new releases are deployed with minimal disruption.

• Maintain, integrate, and analyze software applications.

• Provide technical assistance for production environments.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues to guarantee system stability.

• Work alongside application teams, quality assurance, configuration, deployment, and support teams.

• Ensure the smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new software and application updates.

• Establish and uphold controls over testing and production systems as well as software source code.

• Influence departmental strategy.

• Make decisions regarding technical methodologies for project components.

• Lead special projects and generate metrics, measurements, and trend reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in Databases, ETL, and various data transformation tools.

• Experience in Database Design, Database Modeling, Database Replication, and Data Warehousing.

• Background in supporting big data technologies such as Synapse, Hyperscale, and Kafka.

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks, ADF, PySpark, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Azure Kubernetes.

• Experience using monitoring tools like SPLUNK and Dynatrace.

• Two or more years of experience in project leadership.

• In-depth understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and infrastructure as code principles.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in effective communication and delivering presentations to senior leadership.

• Advanced experience in leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports.

• A passion for contributing to an organization that focuses on improving consumer experiences continuously.

• Preferred: Azure Certifications.

• Preferred: Strong comprehension of operations, technology, communications, and processes.

• Preferred: Experience with assessments of technology solutions and/or strategic planning oversight.

• Preferred: Experience in DevOps.

• Preferred: Cloud platform certification (Azure, GCP).

• Home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
