Senior Technician – Repower

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously to carry out all mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and retrofit tasks.

• Act as the work scope or team leader for their designated work group.

• Cultivate and sustain outstanding customer relationships.

• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

• Review and assess work to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality benchmarks.

• Mentor and instruct junior technicians, offering on-the-job training, technical assistance, and performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.

• Valid driver’s license (either NON-CDL or CDL).

• Proficient in reading and interpreting various documents.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to halt work if situations appear unsafe or unclear.

• Must successfully pass a physical examination and drug/alcohol screening.

• Able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Physically capable of climbing 300 ft multiple times a day while carrying over 25 lbs. of climbing gear.
